Electrician – Stratford-upon-Avon & Surrounding Areas

We’re currently recruiting for a permanent Electrician to join a busy responsive repairs and maintenance team, covering social housing properties across Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas.

The Role

  • Salary: £40,000 5% annual bonus

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

  • On-call: Approx. 1 week in every 5–6 weeks, with additional payment

  • Company van, fuel card, PPE & power tools provided

  • Working across responsive repairs, maintenance, EICRs and remedial works

  • Full UK driving licence required

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2

  • 18th Edition

  • Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)

  • Able to pass a Basic DBS check

  • Experience within domestic/social housing or responsive repairs is highly desirable
