About the Company
Our client is an established branding and interior design consultancy delivering complete design services across the UAE, including site supervision. They work on hospitality, commercial, and corporate residential projects.

The Role
They are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong commercial project experience. You will lead concept creation and design development, from client presentations through to material finishes and FF&E selection.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead design concepts focused on user experience, materiality, and sustainability
• Present design solutions to clients
• Prepare and manage mood boards, material and finish selections, and presentation material
• Lead procurement and client selection discussions, drawing on knowledge of furniture and design suppliers
• Manage teams and work packages within projects, delivering to scope and deadline
• Lead project delivery across different stages
• Manage proposals, contracts, project budgets, and profitability
• Maintain clear communication with clients, project teams, and consultants
• Balance multiple projects at once, reporting to the project lead

Requirements

• 9-10 years' experience on residential and workspace projects
• Degree in Interior Design or a related, internationally recognised qualification
• Strong space planning skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience working with a Lead Design Consultant (LDC)
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD
• Rhino and Revit are a plus
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Workspace experience is a plus
