We are currently working with a popular secondary school in the borough of Ealing who are seeking a passionate Music Teacher to join their team in January 27. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with secondary school experience looking to make a positive impact in a secondary setting.
The Role
The school is seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic, and dedicated Music Teacher with a passion for the subject and the ability to engage and inspire students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring that all students make excellent progress and develop a love for Music.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assessing, tracking, and recording pupil progress to inform teaching and support individual learning needs.
- Creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
- Preparing students for GCSE examinations and supporting them in achieving their academic potential.
- Contributing to curriculum development and departmental initiatives within Music.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote positive attitudes to learning and achievement.
