Are you an experienced Labourer looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable and growing roofing contractor?

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Labourer to join our team working across Eastbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with construction or roofing experience who wants stable, full-time employment and the chance to develop their skills within a supportive team.

• Assisting roofers and tradespeople on site
• Loading, unloading and moving materials safely
• Setting up and maintaining clean, safe work areas
• Supporting roofing and construction projects
• General labouring and site duties
• Assisting with material distribution across site
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a professional and experienced team

• Previous labouring or construction experience
• Roofing experience desirable but not essential
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Full UK driving licence advantageous
