A large, Over-subscribed Secondary school Located in the borough of Westminster is looking for an enthusiastic and Passionate Geography Teacher to join their team from January 2027.

Job role

The role would include teaching KS3-KS4 and for those that are able to offer it some KS5 would also be available. The school are looking for a Versatile, Capable and enthusiastic teams’ player to join a successful department and show their commitment to the excellent range of field trips offered to students.

As a Geography Teacher your role will include:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has a specialism in Geography with a related degree
• Delivers lessons with a proactive, engaging approach
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of effective, high-quality teaching
• Can utilise ICT confidently to enhance teaching and learning
• Is willing and able to take on Form Tutor responsibilities
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
• Possesses strong organisational skills and can meet deadlines effectively

There is a chance that if the role is a success then it may be made permanent for the right person.
