We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy social housing maintenance team working across Southampton.

The Role

• Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and installation work within social housing properties.

• Diagnosing electrical faults and completing necessary repairs.

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards.

• Completing electrical testing, inspections and associated paperwork where required.

• Providing a professional service to residents and customers.

Requirements

• Relevant electrical qualifications.

• Experience working as an electrician, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
