We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a social housing maintenance team working across Bracknell, carrying out repairs and refurbishment works on void properties.

This role is ideal for a reliable, hands-on tradesperson with a range of maintenance skills who can complete properties to a high standard and help get them ready for new tenants.

The Role

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance within void social housing properties.

• Completing a range of multi-trade tasks, including carpentry, patch plastering, painting and decorating, tiling and general repairs.

• Ensuring properties are completed to the required standard before new tenants move in.

• Identifying additional repairs and reporting any issues.

• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance role.

• Good all-round maintenance and repair skills.

• Experience working on void properties or within social housing is desirable.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Ability to work independently and deliver a high standard of workmanship.
