The client is looking for a 4G/5G Optimization Engineer to work a 12 month extendable contract based in Gabon.

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience with ZTE RAN equipment and UME/NetNumen.
• Good knowledge of 2G/4G/5G KPIs, RF parameters, mobility, coverage, interference, capacity, and throughput optimization.
• Able to perform KPI analysis, DT analysis, worst-cell analysis, and troubleshooting independently.
• Familiar with 2G frequency/BSIC planning, LTE PCI/neighbor optimization, and 5G NSA/SA optimization.
• Experience in network complaints analysis and optimization.
• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with customers.
