Job Description:
Our client a successful growing organisation that's going through a period of change is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller, based at their offices in Norwich.
We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of accounts ensuring debt is collected in a timely fashion, queries are resolved and that credit limits are maximised to enable additional sales.
The role:
- Managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts.
- Chasing outstanding invoices and securing prompt payment.
- Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Resolving account queries and payment disputes efficiently.
- Monitoring aged debt and escalating potential risks.
- Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts.
- Supporting credit checking and risk assessment activities.
- Producing debtor reports and collection performance data.
- Assisting with month-end finance processes and reporting requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Credit Control experience
- Solid Excel skills
- Experience of reviewing Credit Limits
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
