Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) – Kitchen & Bathroom Works

Location: NW10 and surrounding areas
Salary: £32,000–£34,000 £4,560 car allowance
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Start: Immediate

We are currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a kitchen and bathroom contract covering NW10 and the surrounding areas.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone with experience in social housing, planned maintenance or kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works.

• Coordinate access and appointments with tenants and site teams.

• Keep residents informed of project progress and any potential disruption.

• Handle resident queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Build positive relationships with residents, contractors and clients.

• Support the smooth delivery of the works programme.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing or planned works.

• Experience working on kitchen and bathroom programmes would be advantageous.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
