We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a qualified Electrician to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a long-term position, with the potential to secure a permanent role.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial properties.
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls and diagnose electrical faults.
• Complete electrical repairs, testing and inspection.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations.
• Complete relevant job reports, certification and maintenance documentation.
• Deliver a professional service to clients and building occupants.

• Valid 18th Edition qualification.
• Relevant Inspection and Testing qualification.
• Experience working within commercial electrical maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Company van provided.
• Fuel card provided.
• Work across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.
