This CNC Operator role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on machining, working with high-quality components and taking ownership of product quality. The successful CNC Operator will work alongside experienced setters and programmers, allowing the CNC Operator to focus on running machinery, maintaining standards and keeping production moving efficiently.

• Operating CNC machines safely and effectively
• Loading and unloading components
• Running production batches
• Conducting routine quality inspections
• Using measuring equipment including micrometers and verniers
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Recording inspection results
• Supporting production across multiple machines where required

• Experience as a CNC Operator or CNC Machine Operator
• Manufacturing or engineering background
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• Experience carrying out measurements and inspections
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-focused attitude
