This CNC Programmer position offers the opportunity to take ownership of programming activities, support production and play a key role in delivering complex, high-quality components. The successful CNC Programmer will work with Fanuc-controlled machinery and Haas equipment within a modern engineering environment.

• Creating and modifying CNC programs
• Online programming of Fanuc-controlled machinery
• Programming and proving out new jobs
• Supporting production and machining teams
• Optimising machining processes and cycle times
• Working with advanced 5-axis CNC technology
• Troubleshooting machining and programming issues
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Previous experience as a CNC Programmer
• Strong Fanuc programming knowledge
• Experience programming 5-axis CNC machinery
• Experience working with Haas machines
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Strong problem-solving and manufacturing knowledge
• Passion for precision engineering
