We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established GP practice in Bournemouth seeking a Salaried GP for 4 sessions per week. With only 12-13 patient appointments per session, this opportunity is ideal for a GP looking for a manageable clinical workload, flexible working and a healthy work-life balance.

Key Details:

• 4 sessions per week
• 12–13 patients per session
• Flexible working hours
• Indemnity cover
• 6 weeks’ annual leave
• 1 week’s study leave

• The practice has adopted the BMA safe working model
• Suitable for newly qualified and experienced GPs
• Optional weekend extended-access sessions available through the PCN (Saturday and/or Sunday, 9am-5pm) not compulsory
