Week 2:
- Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30
- Friday: 06:00 – 14:30

Week 3:
- Monday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Tuesday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Wednesday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
- Friday: 14:00 – 22:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and optimal performance.
- Drive team performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Organize and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring that operations meet company standards and objectives.
- Train, support, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, identified issues, and proposals for improvements.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
