My client, a leading commercial maintenance contractor based in Edinburgh, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Floor Layer to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable floor layer to join an established contractor, carrying out flooring installations and maintenance works across a range of commercial properties.

• Carry out commercial flooring installations, repairs and maintenance.
• Install a variety of flooring types, including vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles and other commercial floor coverings.
• Prepare subfloors, including levelling, smoothing and ensuring surfaces are ready for installation.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Work independently and manage jobs efficiently across various commercial sites.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and site contacts.

• Proven experience in commercial flooring installation.
• Competent in subfloor preparation and a range of flooring finishes.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach.
