We are currently recruiting for an experienced Glazier to join a well-established property maintenance team, working across social housing properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to carry out glazing repairs, replacements and maintenance work, helping to ensure properties are safe, secure and maintained to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending properties to complete glazing works efficiently, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements.

• Carry out glazing repairs and replacements across occupied and void social housing properties.

• Measure, cut and install glass for windows, doors and other glazed units.

• Replace broken, damaged or misted double-glazed units where required.

• Repair and maintain window and door glazing systems.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant safety procedures.

• Diagnose glazing issues and identify the most effective repair solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any additional repairs required.

• Provide a professional and courteous service to residents and customers.

• Manage daily workloads effectively, ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales.

• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle in good working order.

• Previous experience working as a Glazier or in a similar glazing role.

• Experience carrying out glazing repairs and replacements.

• Ability to measure, cut and install glass accurately and safely.

• Knowledge of window and door systems, including double glazing.

• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.

• Full UK driving licence.
