Night Shift Supervisor

Location: Reading
Shift: Nights- Monday-Friday 
Contract: 3 Month Contract
Pay Rate: £17.38 an hour (40 hours a week)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our manufacturing team on a 3-month contract, working nights. This is a hands-on role that will involve leading a team to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operatives throughout the shift.
• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and address any issues promptly.
• Promote and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate effectively with other departments.
• Manage staffing levels, workflow, and line performance to maximise productivity.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Complete all relevant production documentation accurately.

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Line Leader role within any enviroment, 
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality procedures.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to lead by example.
