We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a social housing repairs and maintenance contract covering Harrow and the surrounding areas for a 6-month period.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong trade background and experience overseeing day-to-day repairs and maintenance works, ideally within social housing or property maintenance.

A company van will be provided for the role.

• Oversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance operations across the contract.

• Manage operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard.

• Monitor work quality, productivity and progress against deadlines.

• Ensure health and safety procedures and site documentation are maintained.

• Coordinate resources and resolve operational issues as they arise.

• Liaise with clients, residents and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures.

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within repairs and maintenance.

• Essential: A proven trade background, ideally with a relevant trade NVQ.

• Experience working on social housing, responsive repairs or property maintenance contracts.

• SMSTS or SSSTS.

• Valid CSCS card.

• DBS clearance.

• Asbestos Awareness.

• First Aid qualification.

• Strong organisational, communication and team management skills.

• Ability to hit the ground running in a temporary role.

• 6 months' temporary work.
