We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (CE) Tramping Drivers for work based in Colchester.

This role is ideal for drivers looking for regular driving work who are happy to stay away overnight. A £30 daily tramping allowance is provided to help cover essential expenses while staying away.

• Carry out planned deliveries and collections.

• Drive safely and efficiently while adhering to road transport regulations.

• Stay away overnight as part of the tramping role.

• Complete vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is maintained in a safe condition.

• Ensure all delivery paperwork and relevant documentation are completed accurately.

• Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues.

• £19.00–£21.85 per hour, depending on the shift and assignment.

• £30 daily tramping allowance to help cover essential expenses while staying away.

• Temp-to-perm opportunity.

• Regular tramping work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

• Valid Class 1 (Category CE) driving licence.

• Valid Driver CPC.

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

• Previous Class 1 driving experience.

• Willingness to stay away overnight.
