Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of manufacturing technicians and operators
• Managing daily manufacturing activities to achieve business and customer objectives
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and performance metrics
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing function
• Identifying and resolving production issues to minimise downtime
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards
• Working closely with engineering, quality, planning, and operations teams

About You

• Previous experience leading teams within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and manage people
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience within electronics, engineering, aerospace, high-tech manufacturing, or other advanced technology environments would be highly advantageous
