We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile HVAC Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our facilities management team, covering the Southampton and Winchester areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience in HVAC systems and general building services maintenance to join an established operation, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring building services operate safely, efficiently and reliably, delivering a high standard of service while maintaining excellent health and safety standards.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems and associated building services equipment.

• Diagnose faults and undertake reactive maintenance and repairs to minimise equipment downtime.

• Maintain and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems.

• Complete general multi-skilled maintenance tasks across commercial buildings where required.

• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.

• Identify potential equipment failures and recommend preventative solutions.

• Complete maintenance reports, service records and compliance documentation accurately.

• Ensure all work is carried out in line with current legislation, health and safety requirements and industry best practice.

• Deliver excellent customer service when working with clients and site representatives.

• Proven experience working as an HVAC Engineer, ideally within a commercial facilities management environment.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including fault finding, maintenance and repairs.

• Experience carrying out general building services or multi-skilled maintenance tasks.

• Relevant HVAC or mechanical qualifications.

• F-Gas qualification would be advantageous where required for the systems being maintained.

• A good understanding of health and safety procedures and statutory compliance.

• Full UK driving licence.

• The ability to work independently, manage a mobile workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
