The Role

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining hall and playground.

• Encourage positive behaviour, good manners and respectful interactions.

• Help children enjoy their lunchtime in a safe and welcoming environment.

• Support pupils with their lunchtime routines where needed.

• Promote positive play and help resolve minor disagreements.

• Follow school policies to ensure pupils’ safety and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is patient, approachable, punctual and confident working with children. Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude, good communication skills and a genuine interest in children’s wellbeing are key.
