The Role – Sign Fitter

We are currently seeking an experienced Sign Fitter to join a well-established business operating within the signage industry.

This is a field-based role involving the installation of a wide range of signage solutions at customer sites throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a team, ensuring all installations are completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.

The role offers excellent earning potential through regular overtime opportunities, with overtime paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be flexible regarding night work and occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities – Sign Fitter

• Installation of a wide range of internal and external signage – mostly external
• Loading, transporting and unloading signage materials and equipment.
• Working from installation drawings and project specifications.
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements – Sign Fitter

• Essential: Previous hard signage installation experience.
• Essential: Valid CSCS Card.
• Essential: Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work away from home when required.
• Ability to work regular night shifts.
• Comfortable working at height and on customer sites.
• Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: IPAF Licence (training can be provided)
