Multi Trade Operative - South Devon

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multi Trade who will provide a maintenance service on social housing properties in the South Devon area.

Role Details/ Benefits:

• Temp to perm
• £35,360 per annum 
• Company van and fuel card
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Multi Operative Day to Day:

• Maintenance on social housing properties
• All aspects of maintenance work in properties, carpentry, window and door repairs, leak remedials etc
• Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Following a spec to complete works
• Reporting to your Supervisor

Carpenter Multi Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• NVQ in a trade (desirable)
• DBS - will be completed prior to start
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving licence
