Job Title: Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter
Location: South London
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Rate: £25 per hour CIS Company Van & Fuel Card
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm Weekly Pay

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to join our client’s team, working across social housing properties in South London, carrying out disrepair works.

The role will focus on kitchen and bathroom fitting, including replacements and remedial works, alongside general multi-skilled repairs when required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term work with the potential to go permanent.

• Kitchen and bathroom installations, replacements and remedial works

• Completing repairs linked to property disrepair

• Carpentry, plumbing and associated finishing work

• General multi-skilled maintenance and repairs as required

• Ensuring all work is completed to a good standard

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in social housing maintenance

• Proven kitchen and bathroom fitting experience

• City & Guilds or NVQ in a relevant trade

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)

• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
