Production Operator
Salary - £31,000 per annum
Hours – Full time, permanent contract. Mon-Fri
Location – Ashton In Makerfield, Lancashire

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to be based at one of the client’s main site across the UK in the North West of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known, globally based environmental consultancy. In this role, you will ensure that production requirements are achieved within specification and in an timely fashion.

Additional responsibilities include:
 

• Assisting in the efficient shift-handovers to ensure work is prioritised and continued.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction is there for both delivery and quality.
• Complying with all EHS standards, operating procedures, company policies and local legislation.
• Following ISO procedures and then processing new ideas for continuous improvement.
• Operating all basic manufacturing machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
   

Qualifications / Skills Required:

 

• 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills.

A good working knowledge of mechanical focused duties and aptitude.
