A leading manufacturing business in Fareham is looking for an experienced PCB Reworker to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working on high-quality electronic products within a professional manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities for the PCB Reworker:

• Reworking and repairing PCB assemblies to a high standard
• Removing and replacing electronic components using a range of soldering techniques
• Carrying out both through-hole and surface mount rework
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out corrective actions on PCB assemblies
• Following engineering drawings, work instructions and rework processes
• Ensuring all reworked products meet required quality specifications

The ideal PCB Reworker will have:

• Previous PCB rework experience within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Strong soldering and rework skills
• Experience working with both through-hole and surface mount components
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
• IPC experience or certification would be advantageous
