Warehouse Operatives Required

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST1
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30–14:30
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Frequency: Weekly PAYE

The Opportunity

Ethero is recruiting for a Warehouse Operator to join a busy operation based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that also involves computer-based tasks, making it ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Operator, your duties will include:

• Carrying out manual handling and physical warehouse duties.
• Lifting and moving goods weighing up to 25kg.
• Completing computer-based tasks throughout your shift.
• Ensuring all goods meet the required standards of accuracy and quality.
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail when handling products and completing tasks.
• Working efficiently to meet operational requirements and maintain high standards.

• A positive attitude and commitment to completing tasks to a high standard.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload without constant supervision.
• The ability to undertake manual handling duties, including lifting up to 25kg.

Working Hours and Pay

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30–14:30.
• Pay rate: £12.71 per hour.
• Payment: Weekly PAYE.
• Overtime: Monday to Friday at 1.5 times your standard rate after 37.5 hours, and Saturday at 1.5 times your standard rate.
• Contract: Temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.

Statutory deductions for tax and National Insurance will apply. Pension contributions will also apply unless you opt out, where permitted.
