PLUMBER – REACTIVE MAINTENANCE 

Location: Crawley
Pay Rate: £22 per hour
Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Crawley 

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and providing excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied social housing properties.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and faulty pipework.

• Repair and replace taps, toilets, sinks, showers, baths, and other plumbing fixtures.

• Carry out plumbing maintenance and associated repairs as required.

• Complete minor multi-trade works where necessary.

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Provide a professional and customer-focused service while working in tenants' homes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance, ideally within social housing.

• Relevant plumbing qualifications and practical experience.

• Full UK driving licence.

• A professional attitude with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer service.
