MULTI-TRADE PLASTERER – REACTIVE MAINTENANCE 

Location: Crawley
Pay Rate: £22 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Crawley and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and providing excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.

• Complete patch plastering, skimming, rendering, and making good damaged walls and ceilings.

• Prepare surfaces for plastering and ensure a high-quality finish.

• Undertake associated multi-trade repairs, including decorating, tiling, and general maintenance where required.

• Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with relevant health and safety requirements.

• Provide a professional and customer-focused service while working in tenants' homes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in plastering and multi-trade reactive maintenance, ideally within social housing.

• Competent in plastering, patch repairs, skimming, and making good.

• Ability to carry out minor additional trade repairs where required.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent practical experience.

• A professional attitude with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer service.
