We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider, working across a prestigious high-end residential contract covering properties in Holborn, Richmond and Ascot.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong, customer-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance services within premium residential environments.

Due to the nature of the contract, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to deliver a first-class service to residents and clients.

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of residential properties.

• Diagnose and resolve faults across multiple building services systems.

• Undertake maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, gas systems, boilers, air conditioning and electrical services.

• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

• Maintain accurate service records, reports and maintenance documentation.

• Communicate professionally with residents, clients and colleagues, maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

• Identify potential issues and recommend appropriate remedial works to maintain the reliability of building systems.

• Valid Gas Safe registration/qualification.

• F-Gas qualification.

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in at least one relevant trade, such as HVAC, gas, plumbing, electrical or air conditioning.

• Strong multi-skilled maintenance experience within a commercial or residential facilities management environment.

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

• Clean DBS check.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A professional, proactive approach with the ability to work independently across multiple sites.

• Basic salary of up to £65,000, depending on experience.

• Company van and fuel card provided.

• Mobile role covering Holborn, Richmond and Ascot.

• Optional overtime available to increase earning potential.

• No on-call rota.
