Job Title: Warehouse Operative 

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly manufacturing company based in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable Monday to Friday work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you are reliable, hardworking, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

• Picking and packing products accurately to customer requirements
• Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring packaging standards are met
• Booking goods in and out of the warehouse
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
• Preparing production kits using bills of materials
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse and stores areas
• Maintaining accurate stock records using the ERP system
• Supporting the production and warehouse teams as required
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures

• Previous warehouse, packing, or stores experience
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems is desirable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
• Strong team-working skills
• Reliable and committed approach to work
