This role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end fulfilment process for customer orders, from purchasing stock and managing supplier deliveries through to arranging transportation and ensuring equipment reaches customer sites on time.
Working closely with suppliers, Account Managers, internal departments, drivers and external logistics partners, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of procurement, stock movements, deliveries and returns. You will also maintain accurate records across internal systems, monitor order progress and resolve any issues that could affect the timely delivery of goods.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in logistics coordination, supply chain administration or order fulfilment who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on operational environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Procurement & Stock Control: Monitor stock availability, coordinate stock purchasing and liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, availability and supply issues.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, working with company drivers, couriers and third-party logistics providers.
- Delivery Tracking: Maintain visibility of stock movements, provide regular delivery updates and follow up on delays or other logistical issues.
- Returns Management: Coordinate the administration of stock returns, including returns from field-based staff and supplier return processes (RMA).
- Operational Administration: Prepare and maintain accurate sales, transport and fulfilment documentation, ensuring all relevant records are kept up to date.
- Systems & Reporting: Update ERP and other internal systems, monitor operational data and prepare regular reports on stock, deliveries and fulfilment activity.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers and other departments to support customer requirements, coordinate delivery plans and communicate progress.
- Problem Solving: Identify and follow up on issues affecting stock availability, deliveries or order fulfilment, escalating where necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve operational processes, efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Essential Experience
- At least two years' experience in logistics, supply chain administration, order fulfilment or a similar operational coordination role.

- Experience using ERP systems or similar business software to record transactions, track stock or monitor operational activity.
- Ability to extract, review and maintain accurate data and produce operational reports.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Highly organised, with the ability to coordinate multiple orders and activities simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to resolving issues and following tasks through to completion.
