The client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Property Account Manager to work a 6 month rolling contract in the Netherlands (Hybrid).

Job Summary:

• The Property Account Manager will support property activities across telecoms sites.
• The position combines contract management, property negotiations, and relationship management, including direct communication with Dutch-speaking customers.
• The job is a combination of working out in the field , in the Breda office and remote.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property contracts and related agreements.
• Conduct property and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Support property matters across a portfolio of telecoms sites.
• Visit telecoms sites throughout the Netherlands as required.

Key Qualifications:

• Fluent Dutch is essential for customer communication.
• Relevant experience in property account management, contract management, negotiation, or relationship management.
• Telecoms experience is required.
