We are recruiting for an established engineering and manufacturing company specialising in high-quality, bespoke products. The business focuses on innovation, quality and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, resolve technical issues and drive efficiency across the production site.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Investigate technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product and process introductions.
• Monitor production performance and identify improvements.
• Work closely with engineering, production and quality teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and work instructions.
• Support quality standards, audits and continuous improvement.

About You

• Experience in Production, Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen or similar improvement methods.
• Understanding of quality control and root cause analysis.
• A proactive, hands-on approach.
• An engineering qualification is desirable, but practical experience will also be considered.
