We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop a sales team, drive business growth and build strong relationships with key clients across Western Australia.

This is a senior leadership position suited to someone with a strong commercial background, proven sales experience and the ability to identify new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

• Lead, manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear expectations and performance goals.

• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and strategic partners.

• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.

• Work closely with senior leadership across operations, marketing and finance to support wider business objectives.

• Manage sales forecasts, budgets and reporting, ensuring targets are being achieved.

• Represent the business at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities.

• Previous experience in a Sales Director, Head of Sales or senior Business Development leadership role.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.

• Experience managing and developing sales teams.

• Strong background in new business development and key account management.

• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.

• Established industry networks across Perth or Western Australia would be advantageous.
