Plumber / Multi Trader – Social Housing Reactive Maintenance
Location: Bristol and surrounding areas
Salary: £34,000–£36,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are recruiting an experienced Plumber / Multi Trader to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

This role would suit a skilled plumber with experience across other trades who takes pride in delivering quality repairs and a professional, friendly service to residents.

The role

• Carrying out plumbing repairs, including leaking pipework, taps, toilets, sinks, baths and showers.

• Diagnosing faults, resolving leaks and blockages, and replacing defective fittings.

• Completing additional maintenance tasks such as basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and making good, depending on your skills.

• Completing repairs efficiently, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible.

• Working in occupied properties, treating residents and their homes with care and respect.

• Recording completed work accurately and following health and safety procedures.

What we’re looking for

• A strong plumbing background, with experience working as a Plumber / Multi Trader.

• The ability to carry out basic repairs across other trades.

• Previous experience in social housing repairs or domestic property maintenance.

• A relevant plumbing qualification or equivalent practical experience.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

• A full UK driving licence.

Salary

£34,000–£36,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
