Intrepid Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Band 5 Ward Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work at Paulton Hospital.

We have a range of agency shifts available, including days and nights, offering excellent flexibility for nurses looking for regular work or additional shifts alongside existing commitments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated and compassionate nurses to join an established ward team, delivering high-quality patient care within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, effective and compassionate nursing care to patients on the ward.

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments in line with prescribed guidelines.

  • Monitor patient observations and recognise signs of clinical deterioration.

  • Undertake clinical assessments and escalate concerns appropriately.

  • Maintain accurate patient notes and clinical documentation.

  • Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare assistants and the wider multidisciplinary team.

  • Support patients with their physical and emotional wellbeing.

  • Maintain infection prevention and control standards.

  • Promote patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
