Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Assembly Operative to join our busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling various vehicle parts with great attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble vehicle parts accurately following work instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools and equipment to fit, fix, and secure components
• Inspect parts during and after assembly to ensure quality and conformity
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in assembly, preferably with vehicle parts or similar manufacturing products
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
