We're partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing business that is looking to appoint a driven Graduate Key Account Manager to act as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of high-value customers.

The Role

As a Graduate Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing order fulfilment, coordinating with internal teams, and driving operational excellence. Acting as the voice of the customer, you'll work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Sales to ensure commitments are met and opportunities for growth are identified.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Manage customer order books, forecasts, and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Lead customer review meetings and performance discussions.
• Monitor key account KPIs and present account performance data.
• Support quotation activities and ensure customer requirements are accurately captured.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage risks relating to product changes, supply challenges, and order fulfilment.

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualified in a relevant subject (e.g. Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Evidence of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, internships, university projects, etc.).
• Commercial awareness.
• Interest in defence, aerospace, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Ability to build relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.
