We are working with an established social housing contractor who is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their Planned Works team.

The role will involve overseeing the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes across occupied social housing properties throughout South London.

You will be responsible for managing subcontractors and coordinating day-to-day site activities, ensuring kitchens and bathrooms are completed safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

This is a hands-on role suited to a Site Manager with previous experience delivering K&B programmes within social housing or other occupied residential environments.

• Oversee the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works across multiple occupied properties.

• Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring works are completed to programme and specification.

• Coordinate daily site activities, labour and work sequencing to maintain productivity.

• Monitor the quality of installations and carry out regular site inspections.

• Ensure all health and safety requirements and site procedures are followed.

• Work closely with Resident Liaison Officers to coordinate access and minimise disruption to residents.

• Deal with any site issues, delays or quality concerns, ensuring these are resolved promptly.

• Manage materials, deliveries and site logistics.

• Maintain accurate site records and provide regular progress updates.

• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.

• Previous experience within social housing or occupied residential properties.

• Strong background managing subcontractors and multiple trades.

• Good understanding of kitchen and bathroom installation processes and sequencing.

• Knowledge of health and safety requirements and site compliance.

• Experience managing multiple properties and maintaining programme deadlines.

• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with residents, subcontractors and clients.

• Organised, proactive and able to resolve day-to-day site issues.

• Full UK driving licence is essential.

• Salary up to £55,000, depending on experience.
