Job title: Mechanical Operative
Location: Marlow
Salary: £30,000 p/a
Working Hours: Flexible Hours 

As a Mechanical Operative your duties will include:

• Assembling mechanical sub-assemblies and full products in line with engineering specifications
• Using hand tools and basic machinery to build high-quality components
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and assembly instructions
• Conducting quality checks and inspections to ensure builds meet required standards
• Identifying faults, reporting issues, and carrying out rework when required
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

The successful Mechanical Operative will have the below skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production environment
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical instructions
• Competent in the use of hand tools and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Good manual dexterity and practical skills
• Experience working within a production or workshop environment
