  • Previous experience as a Buyer, Assistant Buyer, Junior Buyer, Purchasing Coordinator, or Procurement Coordinator
  • Experience purchasing machined components, fabricated parts, castings, assemblies, or engineered products
  • Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong supplier relationship management skills
  • ERP/MRP system experience
  • Good Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Desirable
  • Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Precision Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Manufacturing experience
  • CIPS qualification or working towards CIPS
  • SAP or EFACS experience

Essential Requirements
  • British Passport Holder (required due to security clearance considerations and customer requirements)
  • Ability to commute to Aston, Birmingham
  • Comfortable working primarily onsite as part of a collaborative supply chain team

Why Apply?
  • Join a stable and growing engineering manufacturer
  • Work with highly engineered, bespoke products
  • Be part of a supportive and experienced supply chain team
  • Early Friday finish every week
  • Competitive salary up to £40,000
  • Long-term career opportunity with a strong team culture
