Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Domestic Electrician to work across Birmingham North.

The successful candidate will be carrying out a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance works within domestic properties.

• Carrying out reactive electrical repairs and maintenance.

• Completing planned electrical maintenance works.

• Fault finding, testing and inspections.

• Completing electrical repairs and installations.

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.

• Completing relevant paperwork and job reports.

• Providing a professional service to tenants and customers.

• Qualified and experienced Domestic Electrician.

• Relevant electrical qualifications and current certification.

• Experience working within domestic maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.

• 40 hours per week.

• Company van provided.

• Fuel card provided.

• Ongoing reactive and planned maintenance work.

• Consistent workload across Birmingham North.
