What is the Job?

- Contract to start ASAP until 19-04-20 with a possible extension.

- Provide routine advice and support on operational health and safety issues for schools where health and safety procedures are clearly established.

- Provide routine technical advice and be the main point of customer contact in terms of telephone helpline access.

- Ensure that head teachers and governing bodies are aware of, and compliant with, their health and safety obligations both in terms of legislative requirements and the relevant policies and/or standards adopted by the workplace.

What are the requirements?

- Knowledge and understanding of policies and legislation in relation to health and safety in an organisation.

- Ability to interpret complex data and to provide solutions to problems and good IT skills (the ability to use databases and Microsoft Office).
