Job Description:
Customer Representative fluent German
Duties:
- Reaching out to customers to schedule installation of orders, while coordinating with subcontractor technicians.
- Escalating all order issues with the Operations Management team.
- Participating in weekly installations review calls and providing updates on outstanding orders.
- Keeping organized records of customer orders.
- Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve processes.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience in a high volume phone based environment.
- Fluent German and English
- Multilingual skills.
- Understanding of English
- Experience working with customers/clients directly and ability to influence decision makers.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP.
- Ability to make and receive 100 phone calls per day.
- Strong listening, communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
