Our client is a market-leading national surveying practice. Due to natural growth and a strong pipeline of projects on the horizon, they are looking for experienced Acquisitions Surveyors to work on new and existing Telecoms Projects.

 Working across the North-West region, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects across the UK with a focus on the mobile market. If you’re ambitious, driven and well-organised – we want to hear from you.

 You’ll have the flexibility to work on the road, from home and the office. You’ll need to be prepared to travel, have the experience of managing site visits and client expectations.

The role

 As a Telecoms Surveyor or Senior Telecoms Surveyor you’ll be involved in managing all aspects of site delivery and project management including new sites, NTQ’s and BAU/upgrade macro and microcell sites reporting directly to clients. You will also be involved in planning submissions and related planning work including liaison with LPAs and other consultants and suppliers.

 There are also further opportunities within our expanding telecoms sector in supporting the growth of the existing team in areas such as estates, decomms, disposals, wayleave and consenting work.

What you’ll need:

 You’ll be a dynamic experienced Acquisition Surveyor who is ready to take on new challenges and develop your career in telecoms. You’ll be organised, results driven, with attention to detail and love solving challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills

 You will need a good track record in the sector and preferably have wider experience in utilities, construction or infrastructure but this isn’t essential.

 It would be an advantage if you have a RICS qualification but this isn’t essential if you’re experienced in the telecoms acquisition space.
