A great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager has arisen to join this thriving independent lettings business based in Newcastle Under Lyme. This reputable Estate Agent has an established lettings business and is looking for a Property Manager who can take over a portfolio of managed units.

The successful Property Manager will be experienced within Property Management and ideally have a little experience conducting viewings, they will be hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

The Property Manager will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including assisting with the loading on of new properties to web portals, to let boards, shop window and onto internal software systems. You will also be booking in Landlord Appraisals and communicating with new landlords from initial appointment through to successfully bringing them on board. Property compliance will also be a large part of the role – ensuring landlords provide the correct ID, forms, certificates, ensuring properties are ready for move in, organising move out inspections and handling deposits. Assisting with viewings where needed may also be required during holiday periods.
