THE COMPANY:

Providing a high-quality product at a reasonable cost, this supplier has established itself as a force to be reckoned with in the UK market. With established routes within all major UK refinish and industrial distributors and owing to fantastic growth they are now looking to add further strength to their sales force in Scotland with the addition of a Business Development Manager

THE ROLE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

• Developing business within all of the refinish and industrial distributors and factors within your area.
• Liaise with the technical demonstration team who will be visiting your customer’s customers to help pull through sales.
• Provide technical resource whether on the phone, email or by visit to current and prospective customers.
• Become the go to person for all related issues and demonstrations.
• Manage the key accounts throughout their entire life cycle, consistently visiting and maintaining relationships.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

• Previous field sales experience within the refinish sector, having dealt with distribution networks.
• Comfortable with travel and overnight stays
• Happy to work from home and cover Scotland.
